Yellow Dog Sweet Shake

If you have never grilled fruit or cake, then you'll go bonkers for this lively rub. Named after Mom's sweet, yellow labs, Cory, Phanny, and Zeke, this rub is a must for every kitchen. We use it on pineapple, bananas, peaches, and pears. It's also great on pound cake, angel food cake, and waffles. Be sure to clean off your grill grates and burn off residue from dinner. Brush fruit and cake with melted butter and shake on Yellow Dog generously. Grill over medium heat until golden brown. Yum, yum, yum!
