Wow-A-Chihuahua

Wow A Chihuahua

This Tex-Mex blend has just the right amount of zip. It’s not too hot, yet it will make your taste buds take notice. We love it on pork chops and pork tenderloin. We also like to make fish, chicken, beef, and shellfish tacos with it. Why buy Taco mix from the store that has “stuff” in it like MSG and other undesirables? Plus, it costs a lot less! Add it to chili. You can put it on ripe avocados for a quick guacamole. Mom loves it on russet potatoes that have been cut into wedges, coated with a little olive oil and roasted in the oven. Add it to sour cream and yogurt for a chip dip. Wow-a is right!

No salt. Blended with garlic, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cilantro, parsley, and cumin. No Sodium. No Sugar. No Preservatives. Gluten Free.

Gallopin' Gourmet

Gallopin Gourmet Shake

Yummmmmmm. That’s what this shake reminds me of. Herbs with a bit of minced onion and garlic. Course-ground green peppercorns with just enough to kick-up your heels. Blended for shaking on veggies but please don’t hold yourself back. Shake it on fish, poultry, and shellfish. Added Gallopin’ Gourmet to vinegar and oil for a salad dressing. Mix with mayo and sour cream, refrigerate for two hours for a different potato salad. We even softened butter, add Gallopin’ Gourmet Shake, and spread it on warm, crusty French bread. Herbalicious and delicious.

Black Dog Belly Rub

This rub is dedicated to one of Mom's favorite black dogs, NFTCH Carronade’s O’ Rylee Factor. Black Dog Belly Rub is great for steaks and chops. Brush with olive oil, rub on the Black Dog Belly Rub, and grill it to a nice medium rare. Top it off with a pat of blue cheese, jalapeno, martini, horseradish, or bourbon butter, and you’re set for dinner! At Iowa Great Lakes Outdoors, Inc. we not only love to eat fish we love venison and waterfowl as well and Black Dog Rub on venison steaks or mallard breasts seared on the grill does the trickNo salt
